Save changes

To save your changes, use the command in the design program to save the Web page or the file containing the spreadsheet. For information about how to save the Web page or file, see Help in your design program.

Notes

• If you published the spreadsheet from a Microsoft Excel worksheet and then opened the Web page in another design program, saving the Web page does not save the changes back to the original Excel worksheet.
• If you want to save a copy of the spreadsheet as an Excel worksheet on your computer, you can export the spreadsheet to Excel by clicking Export to Microsoft Excel on the toolbar. You can also copy spreadsheet data to Excel and other programs.
• Users cannot save the Web page in the browser, but they can export or copy it from the browser.
